Establish relationships with client finance counterparts & procurement

Train new account and PM team members on Biolumina’s financial processes & client financial requirements

Be familiar with and adhere to clients contractual requirements, departmental processes and procedures

Preparation of monthly fee reconciliations; review slides and participate in monthly client meetings

Partner with account to ensure POs are received and revised in a timely manner

Review & complete weekly rate checks

Collaborate with Client Services / Project Management to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Manage assigned account marketing activities calendar

Serve as the Account team's knowledge expert on the brand heritage, campaign history, competitive landscape, and industry news

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience in restaurant or retail marketing

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in the development of successful campaigns

You have effective project management and prioritization skills.

Manage Supervisor(s) and Client Service Manager team(s) to deliver best-in-class client experience.

Foster a partnership with Relationship Management team in execution of value-added client review process.

Perform assigned project work as identified by the Director of Client Service Management.

Work with staff and senior management to identify opportunities and implement changes to improve operating processes, both for effectiveness and efficiency.

College degree (in related field preferred) and/or commensurate experience in financial services.

Manages WIP/due dates for department

Client point of contact for: 1)Document requests 2)Transmittal of client deliverables 3)Engagement letter /Proposals 4) Scheduling appointments

Department specific duties (Tax, CAS, Dental & Mid-Market/A&A)

Generally only work 36 hours per week outside of busy season

Office is closed on Fridays May through December.

Minimum of three years supervisory/managerial experience in security and / or fire safety services.

Supports other Paladin wide programs by delivering education/awareness sessions on security issues as required from time to time.

Working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial/national standards on fire safety, building codes, security, and protection of privacy.

Must have strong leadership, social interaction and organizational skills.

Develops implements, maintains and evaluates the security programs for Paladin's contracts.

Lead copy across all channels, with a focus on services, product marketing, campaign copy and social media content
