Free People Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator

Reports to:

Sales Operations Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Sales Management team to understand and anticipate reporting needs.
• Support Sales Operations Manager in running and distributing the daily forecast reporting.
• Chargeback management and recoupment. Partner with CS and Sales to review chargebacks, the causes of chargebacks and work together to recoup costs and minimize occurrences.
• Always be willing to assist in other areas of the business with a hands-on approach when necessary.
• Manage creation/support/distribution of retail sales reporting, utilizing Skypad.
• Responsible for creating and distributing various reports to the Sales & Management Teams, including but not limited to Bookings, Open Opportunity, Financial Recaps, and other ad-hoc positions, forecasts and hindsights.
• Become proficient in Blue Cherry, EDW, and B2B systems, work towards supporting new hires in onboarding.
• Manage content and copy information and dissemination to wholesale accounts.
• Strong experience in reporting software suites and excel is helpful and necessary.

Qualifications

Job Skills

1-2 years’ experience in apparel production and/or import business.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in fashion related field
