Partner with Creative Brand Manager to ensure all accounts have appropriate online styling and assets.

1-2 years previous experience within sales, customer service or administration preferred.

Great attention to detail and strong follow up skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Assisting the Account Executive in servicing accounts.

Manages ambassador gifting program and analytics of that program.

Manage gifting for any experiential supporting brand/ vendor partners and studio partners, including branded merchandise.

5 – 7 years of experience in experiential marketing, fitness/wellness/activewear space is a plus

Must have experience managing and following budgets

Responsible for marketing plans of all events – including image curation for emails, social media and additional marketing materials.

Support with product focused campaigns and seeding ambassador’s outfits in collaboration with social and campaign teams.

Execute specific design development projects as assigned by Designer and manage development and execution of trim and artwork packages.

Strong sense of organizational skills/ Proactive and self motivated is a must for this role

Experience putting together artwork and embellishment packages preferred

Excellent communication skills to communicate ideas and inspirations to others and to interact with Designers, Buyers and other Cross Functional partners.

Strong organizational and relationship building skills and ability to intuitively respond and reprioritize as needs shift during the development process.

Design tools knowledge is a nice to have: Procreate, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Expert-level knowledge of fabric and trims as well as strong relationships with resources

Extensive knowledge of fabric treatments as well as wash and dye techniques

Extensive knowledge of woven manufacturing techniques and processes
