As the Assistant Marketing Beauty Manager at Formosi, you'll play a pivotal role in our success. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will lead our sales marketing team and be responsible for implementing highly effective marketing strategies. Your work will focus on expanding our team, clientele base and reaching out to professionals in the industry while promoting the ultimate beauty and wellness experience.

Our unique target marketing combines the power of personal referrals and genuine conversations, providing our clients with unparalleled exposure and word-of-mouth amplification.

As a Assistant Marketing Beauty Manager, you'll be our fearless champion in spreading the word about the pros we partner with. Your mission is to captivate customers, boost brand awareness, and generate jaw-dropping results.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers within designated territories.
• Connect with consumers to ignite interest in promotional packages and services our clients offer.
• Face-to-face interactions with potential target customers to showcase the benefits and value of services provided by our clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs.
• Be a fantastic communicator who can pitch services with flair, turning potential customers into buying customers.
• Share compelling marketing promotions and close sales.
• Travel to assigned territory and meeting points during the day.
• Utilize the tools and training provided by Formosi to hit sales targets.
• Effectively differentiate services provided by our clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Learn and adapt to Formosi’s sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute on effective sales strategies.
• Have a polished appearance with an eager and positive attitude.
• Educate customers on beauty and wellness treatments.

Skills Required:

• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with management.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high-intensity sales environment.
