Job Description
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Founding Partner. This role comes with a generous equity offer, contingent upon staying with the company for a specified period and achieving specific goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, sales, or financial advising, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience, including essential leadership skills.
As a Founding Partner, you will be an integral part of our growing marketing agency. Our journey began as a side hustle in the founder's basement, and over the past 2 years, we have evolved into a profitable agency serving over 110 clients with a team of 5 dedicated employees. We have identified an underserved market and developed products tailored to meet their specific needs.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around growth and stability. This involves developing new product offerings to adapt to the ever-changing marketing landscape and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and converting leads into successful sales.
- Nurture and manage customer relationships, providing excellent service, responding to inquiries, and maintaining consistent communication.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and digital marketing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of your sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or financial advising, with proven success in managing and closing sales deals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with diverse audiences.
- A self-driven and results-oriented mindset, eager to surpass sales quotas and excel in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM platforms, is highly desirable.
