TripSuite is a seed stage, venture-backed startup revolutionizing travel agency software. Our mission is to bring modern software to the 100,000 travel agents in the US. We are growing quickly and looking for our first product hire.

Where You Meet TripSuite

As the founding product manager, you will partner with the founding team to articulate the product vision and develop the roadmap. You will lead all product management efforts for the company and create a world-class product development culture. The right candidate thrives in an early startup environment, can navigate ambiguity, and does not mind being scrappy to get things done. This role reports to the Co-founder/CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure engineering has fully scoped work with clear requirements
• Partner with the CEO to articulate the product vision
• Fill all product management needs on the team, be comfortable in the trenches
• Triage bugs and funnel user feedback to the design and engineering teams
• As work is pushed to staging, each completed ticket is tested before it’s moved to production
• Define and communicate product plans from conception to launch
• Scope and launch MVP features to get user feedback and iterate quickly

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize across many business needs, opportunities, and feature requests and turn them into clear one pagers for the engineering team to build
• Experience launching products and features 0->1, triaging bugs during pilots, and funneling user feedback to the design and engineering teams
• Prior startup experience
• 5+ years of work experience in Product Management on teams building software products
• Deeply care about your end-users, love experiencing your product, and relentlessly innovate for them
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fintech or accounting experience a plus
• Enjoy problem-solving and proactively look for opportunities to improve and iterate

Compensation:

$150,000 - 170,000 with significant equity in a high growth startup
