Job Description
Who We Are:
Job Title: Football Video Coordinator, Seasonal (July-December 2023)
FLSA: Exempt
Department: Football
Position Summary: Responsible for assisting football video coordinator in all on and off-field video production and editing.
Position Responsibilities
  • Assist in other projects within the football department as assigned
  • Assist with all football events as scheduled
  • Assist with daily set up and break down of practice field
  • Film daily practices and coordinate video sessions with coaching staff
  • Upload, edit, and manage video on XOS Thunder and Hudl
  • Assist in management and maintenance of video database
  • Help players with creation of Hudl Highlights
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Manage game day filming of second varsity team
  • Assist Video Coordinator with weekly summer camps
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
  • Strong customer relations background
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Playing, coaching or managing experience preferred
  • Must be able to take initiative to complete tasks and projects with limited supervision.
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Understanding of editing football related content and highlights
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
  • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
  • Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
  • Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
