Video Production Intern
Job Summary
The Video Production Intern must be available for the entire 2023 Major League Soccer Season. Our internship allows the individual to gain valuable experience with a professional organization for their future in the sports, entertainment, and marketing industry. All candidate hours can be flexible to accommodate with your school or work schedule. The video production intern will report to the Director of Media and Communications and assist with the day-to-day objectives of the Communications Department.

Responsibilities
  • Other duties and projects as assigned (that may include content for Toyota Stadium, FC Dallas Youth and Academy, North Texas SC, eMLS, Frisco Bowl, and National Soccer Hall of Fame).
  • Assist in uploading and distributing video content to our video platforms.
  • Assist in the production, shooting and editing video content segments for website, social media, Apple TV and game presentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work weekdays and game days (including but not limited to highlights, video recaps, social media video and partner sponsored videos).

Requirements
  • Strong video production skills, but desire to continue learning.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be an active college student. Preferably pursing a degree and/or career in Marketing or Communications.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Basic animation skills in Adobe After Effects CC is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Experience with Sony cameras and Adobe Premiere a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A creative, storyteller with a passion for learning.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Talented at working under pressure while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
