What you’ll be doing:

As our Titan Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will help create dynamic graphics and elements for the Titan brand. Develop artistic and engaging PowerPoint presentations for our awards programs. Manage the design and production of the Titan 100 book for 7 markets across the country. Create content videos that help tell our Titans' powerful and inspirational stories.

This position includes:

• Remote, hybrid, co-work 2x per month
• Full benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, holidays, flexible work arrangements, and paid leave.
• 30-hour work week. Monday-Thursday. (4-days per week only)

The designer we’re looking for:

Has vision. They understand the Titan community and ways to engage the community on a powerful level through strong visual and motivational elements.

• Feels the need for speed. Thrives on urgency and changing priorities, as long as creativity and quality aren't compromised
• Execute breathtaking visuals in all communication vehicles, including PowerPoint, video, infographics, email, social and more.
• Collaborates. Knows that communication is a team sport and that great teamwork creates great results

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in graphic design or communications - or equivalent work experience.
• Proofreading skills and judgment to evaluate copy being designed for errors or omissions (sentence structure, grammar, varied vocabulary, spelling, and style).
• Proficiency in video design and editing. B2B video editing, and editorial content editing preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate design, in-house B2B agency, or agency role preferred.
• Experience creating PowerPoint decks. Awards program caliber preferred.
• Experience with our project management tool: Asana
• Graphic design experience using a range of tools and systems. Mastery of Adobe Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and PowerPoint required.
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to jump in fast and work quickly and confidently, applying edits and switching elements on the fly to meet tight deadlines.
