🍞 Proactively seeking and cultivating new opportunities to skyrocket the sales and profits of our products.

🍞 Strategically planning, executing, and evaluating customer-specific marketing initiatives and groundbreaking R&D projects.

🍞 Cultivating and expanding the Bridor business by building and maintaining strong connections with distributors, brokers, and key accounts.

🍞 Crafting annual business plans that unleash the full potential of our customers and drive sustainable growth and profitability.

🍞 Utilizing your market knowledge and contacts to discover and engage potential new customers and food enthusiasts.

🍞 Growing your current customer base through regular market visits with brokers, distributors, website leads, and innovative company initiatives.

🍞 Analyzing industry, category, and competitive trends to develop proactive plans that elevate Bridor's sales and profits to new heights.


Requirements:

This role calls for a true food sales aficionado, someone who lives and breathes the culinary world.

🍞 A Bachelor's degree in marketing, culinary or related field

🍞 A minimum of 5+ years of experience delighting broker and distributor networks within food service accounts.
