Job Description

Job Summary:


Our agency seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager - Recruiting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, as well as sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and staffing requirements
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience by managing communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship building
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts
  • Proactively identify and source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and best practices for recruitment and selection
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
