Job Description
We are in a period of unprecedented growth and are seeking a Financial & Business Analyst in our St Paul, Minneapolis location. This is an entry-level position, and a hybrid work-from-home schedule is available.

Key Responsibilities

Essential functions will include, among other things:
  • Prepare financial forecasts and monitor trends.
  • Coordinating with the team on day-to-day projects, contact with client staff, respecting deadlines for assignments.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
  • Assist in the development of state and federal regulatory financial reports.
  • Contribute to the design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner.
  • Utilize program processes and controls necessary to file required studies with the state and federal associations and/or regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

  • CPA or CFA a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • This position requires US Citizenship or a Permanent Resident status.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting or Finance degree a plus).
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel.
