This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
Overview:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Global Incentives Finance team. In this role, you will support the Global Incentives business in a FP&A role along with coordination of International results and planning for EMEA and APAC. Additional duties will include various aspects of the long-range plan; annual, quarterly, and monthly financial planning and reporting processes. You will partner with key stakeholders on executive level decision making and ensure investments are aligned to strategic priorities. The position will report to the Sr. Director Finance.

Preferred Location: Atlanta Area
Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Perform ad-hoc operational and strategic analyses as needed.
  • Coordinate close activities / results and FP&A duties for Global Incentives
  • Champion operational rigor. Continuous improvement of various financial reporting and planning processes through cross-functional partnership
  • Create and maintain global financial reporting to provide concise, consistent and actionable analyses
  • Primary coordination point with EMEA and APAC including KPI’s and business drivers
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business partnership skills. Comfortable interacting with various levels of management
  • Proficient with MS Excel and complex financial models.
  • Degree in Finance
  • Strong process and detail orientation. Superior organizational skills
  • 7+ years’ experience in Finance; preferably with a strong FP&A background
  • Self-starter and proven problem solver
Benefits:
Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $98,950.00 to $128,500.00
