We are looking for beer/wine and full-bar bartenders who love to create positive guest experiences.

Pay: $15 - $20hr, based on experience, division, and event, PLUS TIPS when applicable. We have 3 tiers or divisions of pay broken down by responsibility and client expectations.

During the interview process, staff will be required to take a virtual bartending assessment to make sure they meet standards of our clients and their expectations of bartender.

Job Duties:

• Helping guests choose menu items or guiding them through drink options
• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
• Set-up/tear down bar based on event specifications
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
• Constantly and consistently provide friendly and attentive service to guests
• Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant or event
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge preferred
• Ability to organize your time and schedule
• Certifications- Preferred but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed
