Strategic Finance Analyst Jobs

FIGS is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join the Finance team. The Corporate Finance Analyst will report directly to the Corporate Finance Director and work closely with multiple teams, including Finance, Accounting, Data Science, and Marketing. This is a cross-functional role, so this person must enjoy working with other teams. The ideal candidate has earned their chops in either investment banking, management consulting, Big 4, or has several years of FP&A experience. This person enjoys modeling, building presentations, and thinking about process improvements and other business efficiencies.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Work with the Accounting team on strategic process improvements and ERP implementation-related tasks
• Work with Finance Director to oversee the P&L for FIGS’ business segments, including monthly variance analysis, reporting to executive leadership, and month-end close responsibilities
• Serve as the Finance counterpart in the department forecast/budget review process. Build relationships with budget owners to help them manage their plans while understanding the drivers behind their portions of the business
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver analytical insights across the organization, automating where possible
• Build dashboards with Tableau, and help build a seamless budget viewing tool for our leaders
• Special projects and ad-hoc analysis to evaluate opportunities and support actionable business decisions
• Partner with the Revenue team & Cross-Functional department leads to ensure investment dollars are allocated to the most impactful long-term growth drivers

Qualifications:

• Excel mastery and familiarity with Google Sheets
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
• E-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plus
• Proficiency with SQL and/or other business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative or Business field
• Proficiency with Accounting / FP&A tools (Netsuite, Planful), a plus

Pay Range
