What you'll do

• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and investment decisions.
• Lead performance discussions and carry out root cause analysis to help manage risks and uncover profitability opportunities.
• Partner with Product leadership to provide decision support in collaboration with Strategy and Analytics business partners.
• Become a subject matter expert on how the Product Division creates and measures financial value.

Who you are

• Love using data to improve complex models and drive better decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or any other related fields; or equivalent related professional experience
• 4-6 years of work experience in a similar commercial, analytical, and business partnering role within Finance
• Advanced skillsets in excel modeling and report automation.
• Have a passion for inspiring change and continuous improvement.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $99,000 to $138,500.Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $158,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in London is 54,000 GBP to 75,500 GBP. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to 85,500 GBP, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $99,000.00 to $138,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $158,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
