Job Description

As a key member of the finance team, this position is a critical role responsible for Supply Chain finance and serves as the business partner to Logistics teams, customer service and regional operations team to driver out cost and inefficiency.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partnership with Logistics team to identify, assess and execute, logistics network redesign or productivity projects.
  • Identifies and executes complex projects that improve the company’s efficiencies and/or growth.
  • Supports the leadership team with ad-hoc financial analyses, synthesizing and simplifying financial and non-financial data leading to clear conclusions and actions.
  • Develop key KPIs.
  • Support RFPs
  • Collaborate with regional SC Finance & Operations team on inventory management to achieve optimum stock levels (minimizing working capital & supply disruptions)
  • Global logistics forecast, budget and performance analysis for all regions and business Units
  • New products development costing
  • Partner with customer Service & Business on improving collection terms and service.
  • Support North America Logistics director on logistics network transformation project.
  • Challenges the status quo with ideas to move the company toward world class service levels, internal efficiencies and growth in revenue based upon solid data analysis.
  • Partner with procurement teams on identifying opportunities to improve terms and efficiently pay vendors.
  • Logistics cost by customer & SKU (North America)
  • Standardize logistics performance reporting across regions business.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Experience in a CGP company required. Food & Beverage experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset; strong collaboration skills and excellent problem- solving capabilities.
  • Must have a strong understanding of operations and logistics finance and continuous improvement process to drive cost out of business.
  • SOX knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership.
  • 5+ years of related experience


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of related experience
