Essential Job Functions:

• Provide sales team with information and benefits of finance and lease programs and extended service programs
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect new and used RV and finance departments
• Maintain good lender relationships, and seek new ones, secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
• Process finance deals accurately and obtain approval through proper channels
• Sell aftermarket products, extended warranties, and explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
• Ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department
• Sell RV financing and insurance to customers

Qualifications - Finance & Insurance Business Manager:

• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Degree or commensurate experience in finance is a plus
• High ethical standards, trustworthy, and organized
• Must pass pre-employment screening – We are a Drug-Free Workplace
• Good computer and MS Office skills
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1+ years’ F&I experience in a RV, Automotive, Powersport, Motorsport, or Marine dealership setting required
