This is an on-site part-time position in San Francisco.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

• Are Based In San Francisco (Or Area) - You’ll be working from our office, so you’ll need to be based in the SF Bay area.
• Are Detail Oriented - The Devil Is In The Details.. You’re able to keep your eye on all of the details, even when there are a lot of elements at play.
• Document Everything - You keep tabs on everything that you’re working on and ensure that you properly document.
• Are A Critical Thinker - You don’t see things “as is,” but you’re able to utilize critical thinking skills to see all of the angles.
• Have Excellent Analytical Skills – You’re able to interpret financial data, conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Know The Tools - You’re a rockstar at QuickBooks Online and Excel, ConnectWise is preferred, but not required.
• Make Sound Decisions – You’re able to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Meet the Minimum Qualifications – You have 5-10 years of experience in Finance. A Bachelor’s degree is Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is required.
• Are an Effective Communicator - You’re able to communicate with the team about the finances of the business and justify financial recommendations. You’re not afraid to have tough financial conversations with the Executive Team.

You’ll Need Experience With

• Forecasting - Creating financial forecasts and projections to support planning and resource allocation.
• Financial Management - Strong experience in financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This includes a solid understanding of financial statements, key financial metrics, and financial reporting practices.
• Strategic Financial Planning – Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with KPI’s.
• Budgeting – Demonstrated experience in budget development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Financial Statements - These include Pro Forma, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Risk Management – Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks. This includes implementing internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and developing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organizations assets and financial health.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial performance.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with Neetek’s goals and objectives. Providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team.
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to develop budgets, monitor performance against budgets, and provide financial projections.
• Overseeing cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, managing banking relationships, and optimizing working capital.
• Overseeing the financial management of the company and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing regular financial reports to senior management.
• Establishing and maintaining internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records. Developing and enforcing financial policies and procedures and conducting periodic internal audits.
• Ensuring compliance with financial laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Monitoring changes in accounting standards, coordinating audits, liaising with external auditors, and preparing and submitting financial reports to regulatory bodies and tax authorities.
