Corporate Controller - ($150K-$170K)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of the fastest growing Commercial Real Estate Companies in Sacramento, CA in searching for their Corporate Controller leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day cash operations and multiple bank and credit card reconciliations
• Responsible for the annual federal and state tax return and implement effective tax rate
• Manage the financial reporting platform, including a proper chart of accounts
• Lead cross-functional month-end closing process, consolidated financial statements, treasury and real estate taxation
• Manage payroll and benefits
• Implement internal controls and accounting policies/guidelines to protect company assets

Qualifications:

• Strong accounting project management and GAAP background
• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate controllership and managerial experience
• 10-15 years' of commercial property management experience is REQUIRED
• Must be on-site 5 days a week
• Minimum of 3-5 years of real estate taxation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or business related field
• Yardi ERP system required
