A new position has become available for a Controller at a 50+ bed Rehab facility outside of San Diego. This rehab hospital is highly accredited in the area and respected for their dedication to high quality patient care.
The Controller is responsible for providing guidance of all financial system design and implementation ensuring the accurate completion of financial activities. A bachelors degree in accounting, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role is required for consideration at this time. There will be frequent interactions with the executive level team, therefore a background in this is also a very important note.
The Controller will be expected to be able to do the following duties;

• Lead finance system design
• Work alongside the CFO while assisting them with any / all priorities
• Reviewing and approving accounting activities
