Finance Director - Datacenter

• Collaborate with the business and operations teams to drive the monthly revenue forecast and build plans
• Lead a team of Finance Operations professionals to deliver reporting and data in an efficient and timely manner to provide business insight and analysis
• Develop business process and system improvements and support broader Finance process and automation initiatives
• Support long range planning processes by product and market
• Build and maintain strong partnerships within the Company, including mentorship and development of a Datacenter Ops Finance team

• 15+ overall years of experience in Finance at technology companies; with 7+ years of managing a team
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with leading ERP systems, SAP a plus, and tools, including visualization, with strength in process and system improvements
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Exceptional business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
• Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company
• Expertise in Hardware business models, build planning, forecasting, analysis, market models, related metrics

The base salary range is $260,000 - $391,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
