File Clerk (Full Time)

Eraclides Gelman is seeking a Full Time File Clerk to support our Sarasota, FL office. This is an entry-level role, however, the person in this role would need to possess the following skills:

Ability to communicate courteously using grammatically correct English with our in-house Staff, Partners, Associates, Clients, Opposing Counsel, and their Staff; ability to follow oral and written instructions quickly and accurately; typing and basic clerical and administrative skills; ability to interface with computer programs as required; clerical skills of typing, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time. Employee is also required to talk, hear, stand, and walk. The employee may be required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, and/or reach. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
