Robert Half is working with a growing company looking to hire their Vice President of Media. This person will lead and strategize the company's full-funnel, omni-channel media strategies and campaigns. **Role and Responsibilities:**
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive, full-funnel, omni-channel media strategies for the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with direct reports to oversee ongoing campaign strategy, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of media plans.
- Lead the development of campaign strategy recommendations, utilizing both 1st and 3rd party data to support your proposals.
- Stay updated on media trends, business opportunities, and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance our media strategies.
- Serve as the strategic media lead, taking prompt action on client feedback and driving media strategies that align with business goals.
- Effectively partner with agency partners and vendors to deliver integrated media programming recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in media strategy and planning, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel media landscape, digital trends, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Previous experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing online research, analytics, CRM, CMS, and email management software tools to provide guidance to teams for streamlined program management, assessment, and incorporation.
- Skilled in handling digital data encompassing web, search, social, and mobile aspects, both quantitative and qualitative. Capable of leading analytics initiatives to extract valuable insights driving strategic decision-making and enabling the creation of precise, impactful media strategies.
