Executive Personal Assistant Jobs

A newly relocated San Francisco-based couple (Presidio Heights) with college age children is seeking to hire a resourceful, meticulous, and poised Executive Personal Assistant to join their current staff. The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills as well as exceptional time management and administrative ability. The principals are looking for someone who is currently living in the San Francisco area and enjoys providing gracious support.
Primary responsibilities will include managing and coordinating complex calendars, updating databases, personal shopping, coordinating travel, and being “at the ready” to accommodate a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Necessary Qualifications Include

• Great attention to detail; proactive and highly discreet.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• At least five years of hands-on support experience at a senior level working in private service.

Schedule
Generally, a Monday through Friday schedule, business hours, with flexibility required.
Compensation
Compensation commensurate with experience, $150K+ with benefits.
