About The Role


GoHealth is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The position serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the CMO. You will directly support our CMO on day-to-day priorities including but not limited to extensive calendar management, scheduling internal / external meetings, business travel, expense reporting along with other standard responsibilities pertaining to an executive assistant role. This role requires you to have the ability to work with team members across all levels of the organization. A high level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information is required.


What You’ll Do


  • Work closely and effectively with the CMO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as appropriate
  • Work with corporate communications to coordinate video broadcasts, town halls, major announcements, and newsletters
  • Interact with key contacts and other C-level executives as needed
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments as assigned
  • Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the needs of our CMO, marketing team, and other key stakeholders
  • Manage the CMO’s calendar, prioritizing urgent items, and allowing space for strategic thinking


What We’re Looking For


  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Strong values orientation with particular importance on integrity
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software (especially Word and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive approach to management of issues or potential issues to avoid disruption of plans
  • Ability to work independently
  • 3 – 5 years of experience as an executive assistant. Preferably in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Location: This position must be based in Chicago and is expected to be in the office daily***
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage and prioritize Executive’s calendar
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
