Executive Assistant Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Project management
• Plan work-related travel details
• Coordinate with outside vendors
• Attend community and professional networking events, job fairs and applicable trade shows (travel outside of the Cleveland area might apply)
• Maintain and order supplies
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Receive visitors
• Handle administrative needs of Executive

Qualifications:

Computer skills: Adobe suite preferred, Excel a must

• Strong attention to detail
• Team player willing to do what is necessary
• Motivated to do more with grace and skill
• Great communicator
• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields is preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactive

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
