Job Description

Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL (Downtown)

Duration: 3-month contract minimum with potential for hire

Hours: Monday-Friday,8am-5pm or 7:30am-4:30pm

Start Date: ASAP


Must Haves:

  • Must be very well-written
  • Experience supporting c-suite executive(s)
  • 5+ years Executive Assistance experience
  • HS Diploma is minimum - Associate’s or higher is highly preferred
  • Must be extremely professional


Day-to-Day:

  • Triaging escalations as needed
  • Provides administrative support. Handles telephone inquires, compose correspondence, maintain electronic files, make appointments
  • Arrange travel and lodging as needed
  • Creation of PowerPoint slides/presentations, spreadsheets, flow charts, reports, documents, etc.
  • Partnering with another EA that also supports the CHRO in addition to coordinating with EAs that support other member fot the C-suite
  • Quickly connect w/ all of the other EAs in the C-Suite and coordinate with them
  • Calendar management, fielding meeting requests
  • Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
