Day In the Life of an Executive Assistant


Are you naturally driven to serve others, no matter the task? Do you enjoy a diverse workday? Are you a go-getter; one to take a task and run with it?

We want you to join our team!


We would count on you to support our team with:


  • Event management. To best prepare our executive and departmental meetings, we'll count on you to help coordinate attendees, agendas, document preparation, presentation content, confirmation of room arrangements and technology needed.
  • Personal assistance. Assist our owners with coordination of tasks that are personal in nature. This may include coordinating appointments and services, running errands, travel coordination, collecting and sorting mail, and other miscellaneous items.
  • Organization and communication. Help our executive team with written communication, calendar schedules, meeting and travel coordination, compile data and reports. Let your coordination skills sparkle!
  • Empowering the success of executive teams. You will anticipate needs, proactively address issues, resolve scheduling conflicts, and assist with projects.
  • Providing an excellent experience for guests. Supporting front lobby coverage, ensure refreshments, snacks, and other items are stocked in meeting areas, provide great hospitality while accompanying guests to the appropriate meeting space.


What Experience You Bring


  • Confidentiality and trust. Working with integrity and maintaining confidentiality is required.
  • A true go-getter. You have tenacity to accomplish tasks, follow-through, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility. Interruptions and redirection may happen, rolling with the punches and prioritizing tasks is essential.
  • Trust your instincts. You can anticipate needs, take initiative, and proactively address issues.
  • Talk the talk, well. Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF format change software.
  • Great team player. This role requires working with different facets of people within the company.
  • Organization. Strong organizational and planning skills.
