Weston Preparatory Academy (WPA) is one of the top academic performing schools in Detroit. The staff works in collaborative grade level teams to provide high level instruction and high expectations to our 300, K-8 students. All of our technology rich classrooms include a Promethean board, a set of Activote clickers, a document camera and Chromebook for all students to support instruction. Teachers and students have subscriptions and access to various online learning platforms.
WPA is a neighborhood school, located on 10 picturesque acres in a safe, west side Detroit neighborhood. We value the partnership with our parents and neighborhood association.
