Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist this organization's leadership in a well-organized and timely manner.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help with daily time management
  • Schedule meetings
  • Light data entry and record-keeping
  • Run errands as requested
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and external clients
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and other travel

arrangements



SKILLS

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized
  • High School degree
