Job Description

Se7en Strategies is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with expert-level communication and organizational skills to serve as a vital aide to our top executive team. This position demands a proactive, mature, and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


1. Handle confidential and critical information with a deep understanding of company operations, policies, and procedures.

2. Draft professional and confidential correspondence.

3. Work effectively as a team player, collaborating with peers and members in the organization.

4. Tackle diverse challenges, requiring in-depth data analysis and judgment.

5. Manage a complex calendar schedule, ensuring the executive's timetable is respected and followed.

6. Play both a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, balancing accessibility with discretion.

7. Plan and coordinate intricate travel logistics, including detailed itineraries, agendas, and documentation for meetings.

8. Oversee logistics for Executive Team leadership meetings, including off-site events.

9. Maintain active communication with the Executive Team, staying informed of organizational issues and commitments.

10. Complete vital deliverables with a proactive approach, assisting the executive in leading the business.

11. Escalate pressing issues to the executive as needed, demonstrating independent problem-solving abilities.

12. Develop and propose creative solutions for executives, adjusting for shifting priorities.

13. Prepare and organize information for board meetings, investor calls, and executive staff discussions, assisting in the development of the Annual Operating Plan.

14. Engage and coordinate cross-functionally with teams globally.

15. Uphold discretion and confidentiality when interacting with all executive level staff.


Qualifications


- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Keynote presentation skills, and familiarity with various social media platforms. Adept at creating slides promptly.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with internal staff, senior executives, and external partners.

- Ability to identify and address business challenges, coordinating responses with key stakeholders.

- Proven experience in project management, including crafting and executing project plans.

- Remarkable organizational skills, reflecting the capacity to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills with decisive decision-making abilities.

- Experience in handling confidential information with utmost discretion.

- Proven ability to achieve performance goals and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.


Requirements


- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as necessary.

- Willingness to travel.

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing high-level executive support.
