Administrative Assistant
Provides support to executives, managers, and other professionals in the organization. Responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to ensure smooth functioning of the company.

Provides support to executives, managers, and other professionals in the organization. Responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to ensure smooth functioning of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, such as ordering supplies, greeting visitors, and handling other tasks as needed.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments, or individuals, to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to company standards.
- Conduct research on various topics, including market trends, competitors, and industry news.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department.
- Make travel arrangements for executives and managers, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Operation and maintenance of office equipment.
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and keep track of calendars for executives and managers.
- Manage and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure documents, reports and other materials are error-free.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle unexpected situations, and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
- Ability to build positive relationships and maintain a professional demeanor.
