- Review applications
- Maintain records for those interviewed and hired
- Communicate with employees to discuss any issues/concerns with staffing issues
- Learn and utilize Paylocity scheduling software
- Assist with training employees how to utilize Paylocity
- Assist with employee orientation
- First point of contact for the phones
- Communicate in a professional manner to all CGO employees, guests/visitors, and vendors. First point of contact
- Assist with meetings with managers to address any issues with staff
- Assist in other areas of CGO when needed
- Helping maintain first aid kits
- Donations
- Assist in maintaining appearance of CGO/Cleaning office areas
- Prioritize responsibilities to best meet the interests/needs of CGO
- Rebates
- Assist with maintaining inventory
- Ordering office supplies
- Laundry for GetUPS
- Demonstrate flexibility in schedule
- Display a positive attitude
- Demonstrate good punctuality and attendance
- Demonstrate good communication with employees, guests, and vendors
- Treat all employees, guests, vendors with respect
- Uphold CGO Mission and Values
