MedMatch is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant Intern.
📑Contract Type: Full-time, direct employment, 40 hrs/week
💸 Salary: $18/hr, depending on previous experience
📍 Location: 50% Hybrid - 50% On-Site in Southfield, MI

The Executive Assistant Intern will help with daily tasks and work closely with our CEO Debra Craig. This job includes planning schedules, assisting with client communications and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities & duties -
- Assist and organize client communications to ensure the best possible experience for our clients and candidates.
- Scheduling candidate interviews with MedMatch and clients
- Plan and keep track of schedules for our CEO.
- Help make documents using software like Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Excel and more.
- Join team meetings and note down important points.
- Calling candidate references
- Perform project work and assist in candidate sourcing when asked.
Qualifications -
- Really good at organizing and finishing jobs on time.
- Can write and talk clearly and well.
- Good with technology and quick to learn new tools.
- Recent graduate of a medical or business/administrative degree
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite incl. Word, Excel.
- Knowing medical terminology or having worked as a Medical Assistant or Scheduler is a plus but not required.
Performance Skills -
- Good at talking and listening to people.
- Can be trusted with private information.
- Works well on their own and with others.
- Pays attention to little details.
- Can do lots of jobs at the same time in a busy place.
