Event Project Coordinator $50K-$60K In Bloomington, Mn

Details:

• Type: Direct Hire + benefits (includes healthcare premium covered by employer)
• Pay range: $50,000-$60,000 (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday , 8:00am-5:00pm
• Location: 100% onsite

Job responsibilities:

• Review all floor plans, electrical layouts, and insurance information for booth set up.
• Manage, create, and cultivate positive relationships with vendors and trade show venues.
• Create contracts and manage deadlines for critical show events.
• Consult with clients and third party vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page with logistics and timelines.
• Review client's expectations for each event and create plan based on set goals/requirements.
• Create and update estimates and invoices accordingly.
• Maintain overall show program schedules and secure transportation of all properties to and from show site.
• Manage all aspects of planning and execution of each event.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, sales and finance to ensure all aspects of each event is completed and closed out for each customer.
• Coordinate on-site event labor for setup and dismantling of exhibit
• Create project schedules for client's trade show appearances.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a self-started and like to be busy!
• 1+ years of in office professional experience working in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a team environment while working under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
