Is responsible for the day-to-day support of data syndication entry, updates, and business inquiries. This team member will develop a working knowledge of Dairy Foods product data and business processes involved in product syndication. They will steward best practices in data governance and quality standards to ensure the Client's brand remains strong. They will possess superior collaboration and communication skills working across a matrixed organization to deliver results. They will work alongside a collaborative team and be a part of stewarding important data for the Dairy Foods division.

Specification Execution & Analysis

• Entry of data & content to retail and foodservice partners using syndication tools
• Bring new partner data requirements forward to the data syndication team for approval and design
• Steward best practices in data governance and quality, performing proactive audits and taking action to drive results
• Support creation and maintenance of relevant SOPs and training documentation
• Ability to leverage analytical and organizational skills to achieve results
• Organize own work to effectively to prioritize and deliver solutions
• Serve as subject matter expert for business inquiries on various specification types and delivering on requirements of the Specification process relying on SOPS and documentation until working knowledge is developed
• Providing proactive communication and support to advance data syndication throughout their lifecycle
• Maintain and report metrics on quantity and quality of work
• Execute routine audit procedures to assure product data (internal and external) remains in sync cross PLM, ERP and Syndication systems
• Support new product launches and improvement initiatives - working cross-functionally to achieve deadlines
• Daily execution of data tasks/data entry
• Develop and end-to-end understanding of product knowledge and potential data gaps and accuracy concerns
• Analysis & Continuous Improvement
• Gather, manage and distribute product attributes and images from various data sources
• Determine data to be syndicated based on customer and business requirements
• Execute syndication processes including new item set-up and updates to existing products adhering to established processes and SOPs

• Ability to deliver swift and accurate answers on how-to questions, and drive consensus across teams
• Develop strong business relationships by building trust, rapport, and excellent working relationships with stakeholders and team members

• Provide timely, relevant communication updates of PLM processes throughout the lifecycle of a specification

Technical Skills (Required)

• Ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and drive resolution
• Expertise and experience in all Microsoft applications (outlook, excel, word, PPT) or willingness to learn and master
• Strong typing skills with strong accuracy
