About The Position
Are you a passionate Event Planner with a knack for crafting memorable experiences? Join our dynamic team as we plan meetings that bring together communities of 15 to 2,000 individuals, both in-person and virtually. You will collaborate with 4-5 different clients, each with its unique vision.

What We're Looking For
Exceptional Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interactions with clients and team members.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must, as you'll rely on these tools to excel in your role.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Financial Management: Prepare, monitor, and adhere to project budgets, reconciling event budgets ranging from $20,000 to $3 million.
Logistics Excellence: Ensure seamless meeting logistics, from room setups and audiovisual needs to catering, registration services, and more, all within budget and aligned with client specifications.
Vendor Relations: Skillfully negotiate contracts with various stakeholders, including hotels, AV providers, entertainment, and registration service providers.
Vendor Management: Foster positive relationships with vendors, including hotels, convention centers, audiovisual experts, and more.
Venue Inspections: Conduct site inspections to guarantee venues meet client requirements, ensuring flawless events.
Onsite Event Execution: Serve as an onsite manager, overseeing the successful implementation of meetings and special events.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the client team to participate in the strategic planning process for all meetings and events, continually striving for improvement and top-notch customer service.
Travel: Act as an onsite meeting planner, executing live events (approximately 6-8 per year). Travel is required, with provided PTO for weekend travel.
Additional Requirements
All employees are required to sign and acknowledge a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement.
Candidates must agree to a non-compete agreement.
All employees must pass a five-panel drug test.
Satisfactory background checks are mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time (Remote, work-from-home position; candidates located in Florida only)
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
