Entry-Level Behavior Therapist Jobs

Position Title: Behavioral Interventionist

Location: El Paso, TX

Hours: Part-Time (ranging from 15-35 hours per week, depending on your availability)

Pay Rate: Dependent upon experience and educational background

What You'll Do: Work one-on-one with children on the Autism spectrum, helping them develop the life skills necessary to succeed in their homes, schools, and communities.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to remain organized while working creatively with kids
• Ability to drive up to 30 miles from your home to work with clients
• Availability to work at least 3 weekdays 3 - 8PM
• Completed at least 16 college courses (or 48 credit hours), current enrollment not required
• Completed at least 4 college courses (or 12 credit hours) in any subject related to human development (psych, sociology, communication, education, etc) and currently enrolled in college
• Meet at least one of the following educational requirements:
• Energy, patience, sensitivity, and a love for helping others

What You'll Love:

• Working with clients using industry-leading software on your own company iPad
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement when traveling between clients
• Becoming a nationally Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®), with all credentialing paid for by ACES
