Marketing Coordinator - Entry Level

Vari is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help coordinate and execute Marketing initiatives. This entry level position will work with the Marketing Team to ensure initiatives and campaigns are executed in a timely manner and remain on track from beginning to end. The individual will be the project coordinator for product launch, marketing campaigns, sales enablement and more.

The ideal candidate must be organized with strong communication skills and able to work well against hard deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Daily updates and communication to team members within the project management program
• Updating changes to product information on merchant catalogs
• Support Marketing Team members with ongoing projects as needed
• Help manage team workflow and timeline execution of Marketing Team projects
• Work with Marketing Leadership to communicate out timelines, project scope, potential blockers, and status of current projects
• Responsible for trafficking out all marketing assets to all appropriate stakeholders
• Responsible for reviewing and confirming talent renewals
• Work within the project management program to provide updates and timeline check-ins

Requirements

How You’ll Get There

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Willingness to take on tasks outside of usual workload
• Strong organizational skills, Project Management skills a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work against short deadlines
