Title: Recovery Coach

Job Duties: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Recovery Coach (Entry Level Mental Health Worker) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. Other duties for the Recovery Coach (Entry Level Mental Health Worker) may be assigned as needed by the Program Director, or a Designee.

Schedule: Part-Time and On Call

This position is located at our Bakersfield Bridge Program

Qualifications:

• Driving duties may be assigned, including the transportation of clients. Candidates must have a valid CA Drivers License and successfully pass a DMV driving history check.
• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting.
• A valid California driver's license preferred.
• In the absence of two years experience, training may be substituted. This training will be based on, but not limited to, the in-service plan for 52 hours.

About the Campus: Crestwood Bakersfield Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16-bed program serving clients who are in acute psychiatric crisis. The Bakersfield PHF provides a spacious environment with a living room, welcoming room, a serenity room, group room and a dining room. This program is dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment and recovery in each of our clients. We provide 24-hour RN supervision with a full clinical team including a full-time LCSW. The services include medication management, WRAP, DBT Skill Development, welcoming rituals, behavioral interventions, psycho-therapy, psychosocial education and a thorough transition plan to enable a successful return to the community.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$17—$19 USD
