Job Description
  • MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CLERICAL EXPERIENCE to be considered for position***** Immediate position working Monday - Friday (25 hours a week) PTO INCLUDED POSITION SUMMARY: The Office Clerk is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. Duties include answering phones, data entry, scanning, filing, sorting mail, restocking supplies, greeting clients and back up coverage to other staff members. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred. Credentials: None Experience: Minimum one year of business, office, or accounting experience; preferably in a healthcare setting Core Competencies: ** Knowledgeable about basic general office procedures practices and equipment. ** Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7 operating system. ** Ability to handle multiple demands, frequent interruptions and to prioritize work assignments. ** Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others maintaining a positive attitude.
