Entry Level Collections - Remote | Wfh

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Billing Collections Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting payments from patients primarily for private accounts, and providing excellent customer service through explaining why they're being billed and following-up on past due accounts using approved collection techniques.
As a Billing Collections Representative, you'll be making outbound calls to customers to try and collect money, while also answering their general questions about billing and insurance. Once you get the customer on the phone, you'll be taking a collection payment, researching their bill, and telling them about the benefits of paying their bills.
We're looking for someone who has 1-2 years of Call Center or Administrative experience and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment, and be able to work remotely in a quiet place with stable internet after the first two weeks of training on site.
Additionally, you must have a minimum of 2MB high-speed internet and a hard-wired connection to your router. It's also important that you have a private space to work with no foot traffic, as well as the ability to work hours based on MST hours listed below in your time zone. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
