XNews is currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as an unpaid Entertainment News Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and outline information into cohesive, engaging, and well-structured articles or video segments.
• Collaborate with editors and other team members to ensure content is delivered in a timely manner and meets XNews quality standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new stories and content.
• Demonstrate proficiency in video recording and editing, working closely with the multimedia team to create engaging visual content for our audience.
• Conduct interviews with experts, gather first-hand accounts of events, and collect information from various sources to ensure accurate and unbiased reporting.
• Assist our team of Journalists and Reporters in researching, writing, and editing news articles and stories about the entertainment industry.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a journalism, communications, or related field.
• Genuine passion for the entertainment industry and staying up-to-date with the latest news and trends.
• Familiarity with AP style and journalistic ethics.
• Proficiency in video recording and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
