Assist Entertainment management in all assigned functions.

Minimum of six years’ experience in technical theatrical entertainment

Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written on a technical level

Experienced in design and technical documents for disciplines listed above

Assist in overseeing entertainment assets as assigned by the Entertainment Manager, including scheduling, rehearsals, timekeeping, game day coordination, etc.

Game night liaison to entertainment teams, DJ, and hosts (pregame court rehearsal, stage manager, communication on com, etc.)

Manages and updates entertainment teams and appearance documents.

Assist with influencer/celebrity experiences for game days and events.

Minimum of three years’ experience in the field of live entertainment (sports, theater, concerts, etc.)

Minimum of 3 years marketing, promotions or game day experience, preferably with arena, pro team or similar work environment.

Work with Stage Manager to complete assigned daily tasks and complete project list items

Experience with industrial vehicles or watercraft, such as a high reach, forklift, scissor lift, barge, john boat preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook equal to business needs preferred

Have good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally via headset

Perform theater/stadium opening and closing duties and daily systems inspections

Setup and operate daily performances and special events as a stagehand, spotlight operator, lighting operator, audio operator or camera/video equipment operator

3+ years with personnel management experience

5+ years in the hospitality industry (entertainment experience preferred)

Bachelors Degree or higher preferred

Worked in a similar role or at least as Asst. Cruise Director

2+ years of experience assigning, writing, and editing short- or long-form stories

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

Assist our team of Journalists and Reporters in researching, writing, and editing news articles and stories about the entertainment industry.

Conduct interviews with experts, gather first-hand accounts of events, and collect information from various sources to ensure accurate and unbiased reporting.

Organize and outline information into cohesive, engaging, and well-structured articles or video segments.

Demonstrate proficiency in video recording and editing, working closely with the multimedia team to create engaging visual content for our audience.

Collaborate with editors and other team members to ensure content is delivered in a timely manner and meets XNews quality standards.

Minimum 2 years audio visual experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.

Knowledge in the principals of operations, set up of concerts and audio visual equipment.

Basic electrical knowledge. AC/DC theory and basic ohms law preferred.
