Responsibilities:

• Develop department culture and foster an environment of growth
• Set and enact an annual budget, accounting for cap improvement projects, expenses, and other costs
• Ensure strict quality standards are maintained and improved upon
• Research and invest in new technologies and procedures aimed at improving the efficiency of the quality process
• Assist in quality audits and uphold ISO 9001 standards
• Oversee entire direction of quality department and set strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Management experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Experience managing a Quality Assurance program (ISO)
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a quality capacity
