We're on the hunt for an individual who's ready to step up and lead the Trek helmet engineering team—a team dedicated to crafting world-class helmets. As the Engineering Manager, you will stand at the helm of shaping and achieving the ambitions of our helmet engineering squad, steering their development with a learn-fast, learn-smart approach.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely on project specifications, interact with suppliers, manage budgets, and ensure the punctual delivery of products that resonate deeply with us. Your roles encompass a wide spectrum—providing mentorship, coaching, and fostering a climate of continuous growth, all while maintaining a steadfast focus on efficiency.

Additional Desired Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Plastic Materials Expertise: Proficiency in working with plastic materials will be highly valued, ensuring you're well-equipped to lead our team in crafting top-notch products.
  • Consumer Product Development: Experience in consumer product development will be a significant asset, contributing to the breadth of your expertise.
  • Legal Support: Supporting the legal department with patents and related matters for new and existing products is an added responsibility.
Education/Training:
  • Advantageous Post-Grad Studies: Any post-graduate studies you bring to the table will be an added advantage, contributing to your expertise.
  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or an equivalent field is your starting point.
  • Engineering Luminary: You come with at least 3 years of experience in an engineering-oriented role, showcasing your leadership and management prowess.
