Engineer Associate Jobs

The Auburn University Samuel Ginn College is seeking an Engineering Associate to assist with engineering research operations throughout the College of Engineering. The Engineering Associate will work directly with the Director of Engineering Research Operations and perform a variety of tasks requiring the application of engineering concepts, principles, and practices in support of research and/or instruction.

Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering

Experience working in a civil engineering lab

Experience developing and leading trainings on equipment safety and/or operations

Knowledge of basic electronics, data acquisition, and control systems (including programming in LabVIEW or other related software)

Experience with welding and machining
Experience in Higher Education
