Description

Duties: Develop the automated market making and risk management system within the Java Algo Pricing framework for Credit Products. Serve as a developmental and regional project lead for internal order book and matching engine stack for Corporate bonds. Work with trading professionals in various countries to tailor efficient pricing strategies for corporate bonds. Perform statistical analysis of algorithmic orders to evaluate execution, understand price and market impact, and improve workflow and strategies. Develop limit-order book-like models for the credit markets. Work in close collaboration with Sales to explore ways to expand JPMC's e-commerce footprint in the region. Look for unique automated trading opportunities in North America to drive JPMC's trading revenue. Understand and comply with the firm's approach and policies for managing risks and applicable legal and regulatory rules. Balance competing needs across clients, internal partners and the firm. Understand the cross-asset element of credit. Develop the appropriate back-testing and simulation framework for optimizing workflow.

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Technology Analyst Intern, Quantitative Research Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Java; Maven; Oracle; UNIX; Junit; Microservices; Performance Testing; GIT; Jenkins; Python; Spring Framework; Linux; Software Development; SQL; Fixed Income Markets; XML.

Salary: $205,000.00-$285,000.00 per year.
