Email Campaign Associate, Contract
KPMG is working through its partnership with Magnit and is currently seeking remote contractors in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Develop documentation and road maps for business processes, including, email distributions, A/B testing, as well as campaign design (welcome, nurture)
- Monitor email performance and work to increase effectiveness of our campaigns
- Create marketing automation journeys and workflows in alignment with a tactical plan to support nurturing
- Interact with list team to ensure appropriate email target group / segmentation
- Formulate ways to improve campaign processes and execution
- Support day-to-day email marketing activities including email campaign set-up, scheduling, and deployment; conduct quality assurance reviews on campaigns prior to launch and measure/report on campaign results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, advertising, or another related field
- Minimum one year of recent experience in email marketing, specifically planning and executing email marketing campaigns via an email or marketing cloud platform such as Oracle, Adobe, SAP, and Salesforce
- Basic understanding of email marketing concepts, deliverability, and sender reputation; solid understanding of the campaign life cycle including knowledge of channel specific metrics and conversion point
- Proven experience with email templates and landing pages using HTML; experience in Excel reporting
- Keen interest in and base understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation technology
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate the activities of a virtual team in a matrix environment

Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g., JD, technology), and specific location, for example. Additionally, applicants may be required to apply and become employed by a service provider utilized by KPMG, and final pay rate(s) and/or eligibility for additional benefits may be determined by such provider.
$30- $35 hourly (USD)
